Delilah A. Washburn
President

Delilah A. Washburn of Wichita Falls, Texas assumed her position as Veterans Counselor on November 4, 1991. She is currently the Veterans Counselor at Sheppard Air Force Base and serves ten surrounding counties. She is responsible for interviewing veterans, their dependents and survivor's, and for providing services, counseling and claims development in obtaining benefits and entitlements available from the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the State of Texas. Pamela Luce
Secretary

Pamela Luce served in the U.S. Army for 21 years and entered military service in
1982. She completed Basic Airborne Training at Ft. Benning Georgia in 1983.
She retired with the rank of First Sergeant. Her career as a military police officer
