Gina Stamper served in the US Coast Guard 

Gina Stamper was elected Treasurer at the 2011 NASWVC 12th Annual conference, held in Madison, WI. Beginning August 1, 2011 Stamper will assume the position of Treasurer for the Executive Board years 2011 to 2013.
